Packing and insurance:

1. We have many years experience in shipping the tube and provide professional packing for them.    
2. The default shipping ways is by DHL/TNT/UPS/FEDEX air express if the tube was sent from China.
3. The delivery time is about 4-5 working days to USA or Western Europe by air express from China.
4. We insure the tube when ship, if there is any broken in transport, we will send the new one free again depend on the broken photos and damage report from courier.
   
5. The buyer must report to us and courier within 48 hours if the tube damages. If failed to do so, this will result in rejection on the claims.
6. The shipping charge we listed is the typical cost to Western Europe, USA and Asia. The other destinations need to be confirmed the exact cost.
7. Generally we will ship the order within 24-48 hours including weekend after the full payment is cleared.
