This is an original G.I. Joe Hall of Fame figure. This is the 1992 12" figure of Cobra Commander v.1. Figure is in very fine condition. Comes with everything shown. NOTES: 1) Sonic sound on rifle does not work. 2) Missing strap for knife sheath (regular belt is on there now. 3) Hood needs cleaning. 4) File card is in rough shape.
