CRYSTAL & GLASS and POTTERY items require special care and packaging to ensure safe delivery. PRIORITY MAIL is preferred as Insurance (up to $100) is included in the postage you pay--PARCEL SELECT does NOT include insurance. Some items are more fragile than others and breakage--while rare--can occur while in transit or mishandling at USPS facilities. I encourage Buyers to take Photos of any damaged box delivered, and also while unpacking, especially if one hears rattles within. Please contact me ASAP should this occur.
