Vintage 1992 Hand Sewn/Made Girl's Infant/Toddler 24 Months/2T Purple Velour & Dual White Embroidered Lace Collar Holiday/Special Occasion One Of A Kind Dress.  

Plush crushed velvet type velour royal purple fabric. Dual front/back white embroidered lace pointed collar edged/trimmed in white embroidered eyelet lace.  Empire waist with back closure.  Closure is 3 vintage pearl buttons & 1 top hidden metal snap.  3/4 length elastic sleeves. Dress approximately knee length.
