Knee length, and the ruching appears wrapped over the body around the leg area and is very flattering. Built in bra and lined. Halter neck, and is pulled on over, or stepped into. Worn once, but no longer fits me! If you want it for the New Year you had better be quick! It is a lovely party dress.
