Cartridges will be posted quickly 1st class . We believe in recycling packaging material and in some cases this will be used , however , all goods will be very well packed .

In the very unlikely event of there being a problem please contact us through the "ask seller a question" and we will only be to happy to help . In the very unlikely event a cartridge has to be returned , if it was one supplied by us and is tested to be faulty we will replace it free of charge or refund the purchase price of the cartridge . 

Our postage and packing prices are clearly listed and are priced to make sure your goods get to you extremely quickly . Quite often you will see your purchase the next day but that can depend on the Royal Mail and the opening times of the post office . We take post twice a day to the post office which means someone has to be on hand for P&P every day bar Sunday . You will find even including our post and packing charges that our prices are still cheaper than most others . We always obtain a certificate/proof of postage .
