This is an original Narrow idler or Jockey pulley, used on 1960's Jaguar saloons, and Etypes, with V type belt., that looks good; that INCLUDES a bearing with stud.That bearing is available new, I think this pulley is not. It rotates well; I would suggest oiling the bearing and trying before replacing it.
