The Strangford ‘MINI’ is a compact yet powerful Dry Plucking Machine which can pluck an array of different birds, including: Chicken, Quail, Woodcock (and other similar-sized Game Birds), Pheasant and Duck. As you can see from the video (please see link below), it only takes a few minutes to completely pluck the body of a small bird. Not suitable for Geese or Turkeys.
No Water Needed - As opposed to many Wet Plucking Machines which require ‘Dip Tanks’, the Mini is a clean and dry plucker which requires no water and isn’t as messy.
Attach Your Vacuum Cleaner -The feathers are collected by first attaching a vacuum cleaner hose (1000W+) to the plucker outlet and switching it on, the bird is then held against the precision steel disks to release the feathers which are then sucked into the vacuum, making the clean-up process very efficient and simple.
Easy to Use - No training is required in order to successfully use the Mini, but a full set of instructions are provided.
