If the device you purchased is found to be defective or cannot be activated with the specified mobile carrier, we will be happy to provide a full refund or replacement upon the item's return within 30 days of your receiving delivery.

We strive to make our customers' return process hassle-free. With that said, we have opted to use eBay very smooth "Managed Returns" program.

Refunds:

Returns are usually processed within 1-2 business days of receiving the item by O&M Wireless. After receiving your refund confirmation email, please allow 3-5 days for the refund to be posted back to your method of payment. Refunds cannot be made to any other account besides the original method of payment.

Replacements:

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we would be more than happy to have your item replaced at no extra cost to earn your satisfaction. To arrange for a replacement, please contact us directly through eBay messages. The returned device must be received before a replacement is shipped. A replacement device is reserved for no longer than 10 calendar days. If item not received within those 10 days, replacement may not be guaranteed.
