We post via Royal Mail at your selected postal option, for proof of postage we photo each printed label at point of despatch, whilst Royal Mail are normally very good, we do have the odd order go missing, in this instance unfortunately we have to wait 10working days and 20 for international from date of despatch before we can raise this as a lost parcel with Royal Mail, this period is set by Royal Mail and unfortunately we are governed by this before we can class an item as being lost, at which point we can either despatch FOC replacements or Refund In Full whichever is the buyers preference.
