We will refund on return of goods especially if item is faulty, or you feel it is not as stated in our listing..

Checkout.
If you have WON more than ONE auction, you must wait until we send the invoice.This allows us to give you the combined rates. Otherwise if you do checkout on your own, the postage is most cases will not be combined.

Australian Bidders

Bank Deposit is our preferred method of receiving payments. Our Bank details will be supplied in checkout. Money order or a personal cheque is also acceptable, but item would only be shipped after your cheque has cleared. Please allow for this if paying in this way.

If you are direct depositing into our account, please leave either your name,user ID, or item number as a reference. If you don't some delays may happen until we can identify the deposit.
Payment is to be received no later than 5 days after auction closes, unless previous arrangements have been made.
If Item is pick-up, Cash on day is preferred.


International Bidders.

We ONLY accept payments through Paypal.

Shipping

All goods are in the condition they are stated in, when they leave us.

We do prefer to use padded satchels where we can. We are happy to combine auction wins. Please let us know if you are bidding on more than one of our auctions.

If you would like a postage quote please e-mail with your post code & the title and item number so we can work it out for you.

Once payment is confirmed we normally post on Tuesday's and Friday's as we are 10 mins from nearest Post Office. If extremely busy it may be a day later or earlier than this, but use this as a guide only. I post mid mornings so if your payment comes through after this time on my posting day item will be sent on the following Tuesday or Friday. Please advise if you need Express Post as this is always an option, at a Higher Cost though.

I Recycle wherever I can to save the environment, as well as my customer's pocket. There will be times when your item could be sent in a general household box, if it's a suitable size. This saves the extra cost on my buyers..I hope this will not upset or offend otherwise Please do not bid.

We HIGHLY Recommend registration or insurance (optional) on your item. We advise it for peace of mind, as we have no control once posted, if this has not been chosen.We will not be held responsible if item has been misplaced or damaged in the Postal Service.

Registration is $3.05 AUD for Australian Bidder's.
Insurance will be quoted on request.

Return Policy
If you find any problems with your purchase, we must be advised within 7 days of sale. If we agree to refund, it will be the final bid/buy price only. Any shipping costs are unfortunately non-refundable..
