When I was a child more than 40+ years ago my father was in the antique jewelry business. 

From time to time he would come home with different treasures and occasionally he would let me "acquire" them!  

I am selling all of my collection and it ranges from necklaces to sterling pins, to rhinestone Deco pieces and more.

This is much nicer in person than in the picture...the colors are a bit off and the reflection from the camera is blocking a bit of her face.

This is an antique/vintage Victorian? round Painted photograph (I think) of a woman facing right wearing a Blue dress.  

It measures approx. 3/4"(19.5 mm) in diameter  and would be for an insert of a locket or pendant. 

It could even be used in a doll house.

It has an attached curved glass piece on top of it.  

The shadow in the picture is just from the camera glass.   

When you see it in person, it is beautiful.
