We use ROYAL MAIL and PARCEL FORCE for all our delivery options. We obtain proof of postage on all of our items and signed for on more expensive items. This measure has been put in place because of the amount of "item not recieved cases", lost in post, misplaced items, wrong adress claims, fraudelent claims etc.. We use the royal mail to deliver our items and now ebay request tracked delivery for us to prove our items are being sent. This is something many stores will be rolling out as more and more claims are made.
