No tears in the manual, but it shows heavy signs of use with several creases and some of the corners are worn. Please inspect the images.

There is also a significat scratch on the back of the case in the top right 1/4 of it. You can't really see it in the image but you can make it out. 

I am now selling a large portion of my personal games collection. Most are in fantastic mint condition, so keep your eyes peeled at what else is to be listed within the following weeks.
