Thule TracRacTM G2 Sliding Truck Overhead Racks (838991). Capacity: 1,250 lb. Length: 69.5"; Height: 27.03"; Depth: 16" Silver Powder Coated is the finish. Attach these base rails to the overhead racks using the included rubber compression stake pocket fasteners. There are no holes to drill in your truck because they are attached with rubber compression blocks that fit into the stake pockets. Yes, you can install these rails directly over a plastic bed liner.
These base rails are simple to install in your truck's bed, even if you have a plastic bed liner. A set of rubber blocks fits into the stake pockets and expands as the bolt through them is tightened. As a result, they are simple to remove when switching trucks. If your installation is more permanent, or if there are no stake pockets, you can use the more traditional method of drilling holes. They are made of rust-free aluminum and allow the overhead racks to slide the length of the bed to accommodate any cargo, anywhere. The rear rack is on a different slide than the front, so they'll stack up almost even if you need them out of the way. Add some tiedowns or a toolbox mount, which can also slide freely or be locked down, and make the best use of your bed's area for carrying things. They'll fit almost any bed rail thanks to the included rubber and wedge-shaped plastic shims and tape.
