Assume that any photo is a library photo, not the actual item you will receive, unless expressly mentioned above.

Unless expressly mentioned in the description, there will be no other parts included with the item. This includes items such as drivers, cables, manuals, warranty cards etc. Hard drives, tape drives etc. will not include any screws, fixing rails unless expressly mentioned.

It is your responsibility as a buyer to ensure this is compatible with your hardware or operating system before buying.

While repairs of this nature can be performed by experienced amateurs, we highly recommend you enlist the services of a professional repair person to replace this part as damage and or malfunctions resulting from improper installation are not covered by our comprehensive return policy.

Returns

Returns are accepted, with the following conditions:

- We charge a re-stocking fee of 20% of the item final price in the event that the items are returned through no fault of our own (failed deliveries, or items which are no longer wanted, or purchases made in error etc).

- We reserve the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee equal to 20% of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned computer that is damaged through customer misuse, or missing parts, or is in un-sellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

We will not accept returns of any desktop or notebook computer more than 14 days after you receive the shipment.

Items which are sold as defective products or as "as is" products will not be eligible for returns or refunds or exchange or warranty of any kind.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it is very important that you contact us through eBay messages and we will respond within 24 hours and take care of your issues. Please do not open a case with eBay.

Please note: 

Due to some dishonest members returning their own faulty items for a refund, claiming they are the parts we sent out, all items now have the serial numbers recorded where possible, and invisible security markings added. Refunds will only be given if the security mark and the serial numbers match upon return.

It is the buyer's responsibility to check that the item listed is compatible with the computer/laptop. 

Shipping

International customers must request confirmation of shipping charges before buying or bidding for an item, unless our system automatically shows shipping charges for your destination.

Shipping Policy

"Some exceptions to shipping rates may apply if the destination shipping address is considered to be remote (as per our shipping provider). Example of remote areas include (but are not limited to): northern Canadian territories and remote postal codes. In those cases, we reserve the right to charge extra shipping fees to the buyer.
