Octavo, 400-500 pages each with marbled edges.  Set was in a long ago house fire and all handsomely polished calf covers were detached and have been reattached but not professionally.......still need to be handled carefully.  Text blocks are crisp and clean.  16 1/2" wide on shelf.   Acceptable condition.
