My part looks different

This can be due to the manufacturer changing suppliers during or after a production run of the appliance. Usually the part may only differ visually by colour but fits just the same. Returns

We accept returns and refund within 3 days of the item being returned. We will not refund without the item being returned to us. This is not only to protect us from fraudulent claims but without the returned item we are unable to make improvements to our service.
