ONE New Carbonfiber Gooseneck Tube and ONE Nylon Bushing / Coupler

I bought a case of these, they were from a lost freight auction.
Someone has messaged me that this works with XERO Brand
I believe they are for a waterfed window cleaning system , maybe XLine Systems
Very Nice quality carbon fiber fabrication with a black plastic Cam Clamp marked "5"
The overall length is about 24 inches ( this would be called a 12" gooseneck
The tube has an over all outside diameter of 33 mm and an inside diameter of 30mm on one end and a inside diameter of 23.5 mm on the end with the two notches . I believe the 30mm deep notches are for the water line ( 8mm wide at the opening and 5.9 mm at the curved end of the notch) i believe the notched end is the brush end.
The Tube weighs 8 oz (30mm ID and 23.5 mm ID 33mmOD )
The cam clamp weighs 1.8 oz (screw clamps 33mm tube one end and cam clamps 28-30mm OD on the other end)
The Bushing/coupler weighs 2.5 oz (30mm ID , 51mm OD)
I am not sure the exact purpose of the bushing/ coupler but was included in the case so I am including it in hopes it will be of some use or someone can enlighten me with it's purpose. It is a hard dense machined bushing , not a cheap part. and the Id is very close to the ID of one end of the gooseneck.
The part numbers on the case they were in are the following OR-CT-3 OR-DC-6L, they didn't come up in a search but will now.
