Most of these boxes were trashed or damaged after the bottle was removed.

The box was signed by Master Distiller #5 Frank Bobo from 1966-1988 and one of the Jack Daniels booklets was signed by Master Distiller #6 Jimmy Bedford from 1988-2008 as seen in the pictures.
