My aim is to dispatch items within one working day.
If an item is to be sent via Courier I can usually dispatch same day if payment is recieved before 11.00am.
For items sent by Royal Mail,if payment is received before 4.00pm I can usually dispatch the same day.

items are described as accurately as possible - any faults or defects
which I think may have an effect on the price are noted.

during posting,using jiffy bags,boxes,stiff board or bubble wrap where
