- Go To https://play.pokemonshowdown.com/teambuilder and create your own Pokemon with Sw/Sh Doubles -> [BDSP] Doubles OU format
- Validate your pokemons to check if it legal.
- Then Click Import/Export on Showdown, copy the text then send it to me.
* For faster you can click the "Upload to Pokepaste" button at the end and send me the Pokepaste link
You can include some additional details:

- Best 6IV, Max EVs
- Battle Ready, Best Moveset, Best Nature
- Full 151 Pokemon in Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl PLUS First 493 Pokemon from gen 1-4 National Pokedex
