The hat is blue canvas or twill, with dark gold embroidery for the ND and white embroidery for IRISH on the front. The only label in the hat says "Official Licensed Product of the University of Notre Dame Made in Cambodia". It is not adjustable but there is elastic inside so there is a little give to it. I would say it is an adult medium/average size.
