Rug Care
Your new rug may need a little attention before it looks its best. Your rug may have been folded to allow for easier carriage and shipping for smaller sizes.
We suggest you unfold it as soon as possible to allow it to begin settling. You may notice lines or creases in your rug when you first lay it out.
These are completely normal and not permanent. Depending on the tension of the fold, it can take a few days or a week to flatten completely. To expedite this process, follow the steps below:
- Fold your Rug in the opposite direction as its current fold
- Hoover the rug
- Move furniture onto the rug and walk on it as you normally would.

Your order will be dispatched within the same working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it the next working day after dispatch.
In the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
- We offer a Free Next-day Delivery option in the UK (except Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands). We dispatch orders that are ordered before 1 pm on the same day. Please note that couriers do not deliver on weekends.
- If you do miss the first delivery attempt, our couriers will leave a card through your door giving you the ability to re-arrange the delivery on a day that suits you. If the second delivery attempt fails as well, then the courier company will return the item to us. In such cases, you will be asked to pay the postage fee to receive a second delivery.
- Our couriers may try to deliver your order to a neighbour if you are not at home to receive the delivery.
- If you are not going to be in to receive a delivery, we can forward a request to the courier company to leave your delivery item(s) in your designated safe place.
