Here for sale is a very nice early 19th century American pewter coffee pot. Nice hinged lid with a delicate finial. Has a small goose neck shaped spout and a decorative shaped handle. Measures 6 1/2 inches total tall to the top of the finial , and 3 7/8 inches across the bottom foot . Nice makers mark in a banner in the inside bottom, marked D Curtis. American maker out of Albany NY, 1822-1840. Great condition with an honest patina from age and use. Has a lovely decorative look.
