Overview

This listing is for a fun budget deck for the casual commander player.   Use your commander to reduce the cost of spells witha high number of targets and obliterate your opponent's board state!  Below is a complete decklist broken down by card function so you can get a closer look.

Designer Notes:  Use Hinata to reduce the cost of your powerful spells like distorting wake and comet storm to the point that you can remove most of your opponent's board.  Creatures like Talrand, sky summoner help build up an impressive board state in the progress.  "x" spells in particular that can target multiple things are really powerful with hinata.
