This is one of those bikes that's so rare no one remembers it! Possibly intended for the Canadian market, it's a great example of the early to mid 80's bull moose bar mountain bikes that ruled the days 40 years ago.  Chromoly bars and frames, Sumo 26x1.75 rims, Suntour shifting.  I just replaced the brake and shifter cables and updated the tires. the wheels spin smoothy, it pedals, shifts and brakes fine.  It may need more intensive maintenance if you plan to put 100's of miles on it but it rode out on my short ride just fine. Seat tube measures 21”.  Top tube center to center measures 22”.
