Bronze of Antique Newel Post Finial Bronze embellishment for Stairs Stairwell Staircase.

This amazing pair of antique bronze post finials are coming from an estate in Manhattan NY. Made of a solid bronze, heavy and strong can be decorative topper for furniture, stairs, bed,post....  wonderful decorative addition to any home decor. Both finials are salvaged (oxidation, small amount of verdigris) , as found condition. Marked E&D 512 on a side.  Antique hardware is a high- quality work , that can be seen by the finest details. As mentioned, they are very heavy, one is 1.5 pound heavy. Measurements are approximately 4" Heigh, at Widest 4" , base 2 3/16".  Please see pictures as they are part of the description.
