REAL METAL is used for this lace trim from c. 1880 - 1900. Rare beautiful antique trim of warm gold bronze in a braid swag design.
Valuable, heavy and substantial due to high real metal content. Time has given it the beautiful gold shade of a real antique appearance.
It is strong and sturdy and can be used for all kind of creativity art work and decoration.
Upholstery - Millinery - Lamp-Shades - Embroidery - Pillows - Curtains - Costumes - Christmas - it will give everything glamour and value.

Unused antique store stock in excellent condition - with a slightly darkening shade in some areas due to high metal content - cut by order in one continuous length from original card.

Origin / Provenance of my laces:
Many years (c. 3 decades) ago I purchased the entire store stock of a since long closed company for millinery, padding and passementerie supply. This company was founded in 1886 and had sold trims of French as well German origin since the 1880´s and closed in the 1960´s.
Most of my offered trims are of this stock.

Condition:
All of my offers are antiques or old used items with normal signs due to those characteristics and sold as they are. I always do effort to provide

Shipping /Insurance:
Shipping will be as priority airmailed registered letter or as parcel by German Federal Post.
For several countries f.ex. as the United States it is possible to add insurance. The costs are additional 3 $ per 100 € (approx. 120 $) and included in the stated shipping.  With pleasure I will combine shipping for several items to lower shipping costs.
