I try to present accurate, detailed information about every item that I sell. All plants are healthy and rooted. If any are damaged during shipment, you must contact me the same day of delivery and include a picture of the plant.
I have to adhere to this policy since we are dealing with a live, perishable plant.
ALL PLANTS WILL BE SHIPPED ON THE FOLLOWING MONDAY OR TUESDAY to avoid weekend layovers.
IF EXCESSIVE COLD OR HEAT CONDITIONS ALL ORDERS WILL BE ON HOLD.
