Doesn’t respond to light. Left hand side hinges of the bright condition flap broke off.

Meter is overall in good condition shows some signs of prior use. Pointer moves freely.
It shows scuffing, some small scratches, no dings, no dents, no cracks. All dials and settings move smooth.
