Respond to light and is accurate. The top wheel is disconnected tot the settings wheel.

Meter is overall in good condition shows some signs of prior use. Pointer moves freely.
It shows minor scuffing, some tiny scratches, 2 small dings, no dents, no cracks. All dials and settings move smooth.
Comes with makers box. Not same serial number.
