A 1969 1st. printing publication by Ballantine Books, New York, USA.

Paperback format with 156 printed pages, illustrated throughout by Pauline Baynes.

Binding remains firm, pages remain nice and clean with light age tanning evenly across all pages.

Pen inscription to first end page.

Covers rubbed to edges with light creasing to spine.

Paperback has light handling marks as to be expected from 50+ years.

Overall a good clean example of this particular vintage and hard to come by paperback.
