Original Alpa adapter has a 44mm diameter for inversion of lenses connected to the macro bellows. Outside diameter is 57mm, inner actual connection ring is 55mm.

The adapter is in very good, mint condition. Shows no signs of prior use. Shows no scratches, no dings, no dents, no scuff marks.
 The thread is in very good condition. Comes in original makers box.
