There is a 1"-1.5" split on the cover near the spine top and bottom. There is about a 2" tear in the middle of page 103 (not affecting readability). The back cover has some pieces missing at the top and the middle. A very nice cover to this volume and pricing is subjective since you may not see another of this issue.
