Captain America Annual #4 (1977, Marvel Comics Group) - Our star-spangled avenger takes on Magneto in this tale written and drawn by Jack "King" Kirby.  This also include a Hostess Twinkies add featuring "Madam Web" (not to be confused with Madame Web who appears in The Amazing Spider-Man #210).

This issue grades about 8.0 VF/8.5 VF+.  The cover, which has retained good reflectivity, and centerfold are firmly attached, the pages are cream-colored with some tanning at the edges.  The front cover top left-hand corner has some wear and color loss, the spine has some light stress lines, approx. 1/8", there is a ding in between the "T" and "A" in "Captain" and also at the top in the "N" in "Annual", the right-hand edge has a small indent near the "Comics Code Authority" box; the back cover has a small nick at the top left-hand edge, two impact creases over the "S" and "P" in "Spaulding" and two at the top right-hand edge, there appears to be printer's ink in various areas.
