This is the ultimate in black lacquer tea caddies

If you are a collector of boxes then this one is for you - it’s the best I’ve seen and as a collector myself I have seen a great number.

Note the little carved knobs on the inner lids and also very unusual, each inner corner has a little inlay.

Only the best products of the time we’re displayed at the Crystal Palace great exhibition halls.

I am downsizing so almost everything has to go, hence the eclectic mix of things I’m selling - some of it I’ve collected over 45 years, other items and from my parents and grandparents.
