DELIVERY
When ordering, you must supply us with your chosen delivery day, (Tuesday to Friday) and a valid contact number. Deliveries are made via pallet networks between 8am - 6pm only. Delivery is made on a 18t wagon, turf delivered on a pallet, to the kerbside.

All deliveries are made with large vehicles and offloaded to the kerbside with a tail lift.
The standard vehicle used is a 18 tonne vehicle, if you have any concerns regarding this, please call us on 01695 422 144 - BEFORE ORDERING.
When ordering please consider that in the Spring/Summer months turf would need to be laid immediately, and within 24 hours is still advisable for the Autumn and winter months.

As turf is a perishable product it is excluded from cancellation under Consumer Contracts (information, cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, (CCICAR 2013). And therefore cannot be returned for a refund.
Prior to ordering, the customer is fully aware that turf is a natural product. We cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of products shown on this site exactly reproduce the appearance and/or colours of the physical products themselves. Natural products may show some colour variations. All sizes quoted are approximate.
Important Delivery Information: Deliveries have to be made to a flat and hard standing area. If the company, or its agent cannot gain access to the delivery address then additional costs may be incurred. Deliveries are made using large vehicles and it is the customer’s responsibility to inform the company if there may be an access problem. The company will confirm the outcome by e-mail. In such cases that delivery, in the opinion of the company is not possible, then the company reserves the right to cancel the order. This above action must be completed before 2.00 pm on the day prior to delivery. E-mail confirmation of orders also request the customer to contact the company if a delivery problem may occur. A list of likely problems are also enclosed on the e-mail confirmation. Delivery vehicles use tail lift offloading, and it must be emphasized that the delivery vehicle must be able to park in an area where the delivery is to be made. A pallet truck is then used to manoeuvre the turf or other products off the tail lift to the kerbside delivery point.
