Authenticity	Q: Are your items authentic, OEM from the manufacturer? A: Yes, we have accounts with most of the major golf manufacturers, so all products are OEM.
Shipping	Q: Where is my item? A: We do our best to ship within 24 hours. Sometimes we may need to order from our manufacturers which may delay your order by a day or two.
