These are first edition books in average condition.  They were published by Henry Colburn and Richard Bentley in 1832.  I presume these are the original publishers covers - normally replaced with leather bindings.

There are numbers '719' written to all three books, and inside the front cover of the first book is a whole page of notes, in the same hand.

'Memoirs includes Henry V, Oliver Cromwell and John Churchill, Duke of Marlborough, amongst others.

These are 1st Editions / 1st Printings.

Condition:

Volume 1 - Average - rubbing/bumping/wear to the corners, edges and covers, a lean, tearing, creasing and loss to the spine, marking, discolouration and slight loss to the covers, some marking to the page edges and a few pages, v.slight creasing to a few page corners, some foxing and discolouration to the page edges and many pages, darkening/discolouration to the top page edges, soft tanning to the pages and there are notes inside the front cover and a v.v.small embossed stamp to the first page.  The covers are v.loose and only just attached, opens v.easily to a few pages and the binding is just showing through in a couple of places.
