This is a brand new pair of genuine Lorinser (Hella manufactured) Fog lights for a Mercedes Benz W208 CLK W220 S Class Edition Front Bumper among all others with Lorinser Edition front bumpers.  If you have the Loinser Edition front bumper and are looking for new or foglamps for it for whatever reason here is a brand new OEM pair for it.  Included are a pair of foglamps, Hella brand covers, brackets with hardware, and wiring.
