For sale are new 1/2” (.500”) seven-flute, solid carbide endmills. These endmills called the "H-CARB" are made by Kyocera SGS. These endmills have a chip breaker flute, which helps to optimize and break the formed by the long flute length in deep pocket milling.
The 7 flute design allows for higher feed rates. The variable flute indexing reduces chatter, for deep cutting and high speed machining.
These tools have a proprietary Ti-Namite-M coating, which reduces tool wear and friction, end edge build up. Use this tool for milling steel, stainless steel, hardened materials, and even titanium.
