If you have missed the note-to-seller, just send us an ebay message with the details from the eBay account you ordered from, and we can match this up with your order. :-)

Please note: PLEASE CHECK ALL NAME & ADDRESS SPELLINGS AND PHONE NUMBERS CAREFULLY BEFORE SENDING THE DETAILS OVER, AS WE COPY AND PASTE THESE TO AVOID ERRORS ON OUR PART .

Your order will be posted via Royal Mail within 3 working days of us receiving all the party details to personalise your order. (Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays are not working days, so please bear this in mind before ordering). Please check the estimated delivery date at the top of the listing before ordering to make sure that these dates are suitable for your party - please do not order if you are not happy with the estimated dates on the listing. :-)
