All our used parts are in a good working condition and are tested prior to dismantling.
Please, bear in mind we do sell second hand car parts and some of them can have wear and tear signs.
But you always will get accurately the same part as shown in the pictures.
SHIPPING
Eligible listings are delivered with the Next Day delivery service (UK Mainland only). Please provide your best mobile phone number when ordering from us, as the information is required by logistic network to deliver your item with no delays. Only items purchased before 1pm will be dispatched the same day (Workdays). Delivery time can be affected by the 3rd party logistic company and delays can occur out of our control.
Please check your item for any visual damage when delivered. If the item has visible damage upon delivery, please notify the courier when accepting and sign for item as "Damaged". This is very important, as it affects the items eligibility for any refunds later.
Orders placed with collection in person option should be collected from our company during normal business hours: 8am - 5pm (Mon-Fri). It is preferred that you contact us before collection, so the order can be ready for collection before your arrival.
Pallet deliveries - Please make sure someone can receive and sign for the delivery of the large items on pallet(s). Failing to do so may result in delay delivery and extra delivery charges may be applied for every repeated attempt. We always recommend delivery of items to business address within normal business hours in aim to avoid any inconvenience.

RETURNS
In case you have any issues with our item - PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE LEAVING A FEEDBACK and we will do our best to solve any issue related to our service.
If an error has been made on our part - replacement will be sent out immediately as soon as the wrong part is returned from the customer to seller. If we are out of stock for the specific part for replacement - a full refund will be issued for buyer.
If the item is returned due to a customer's order by mistake (item doesn't fit the specified model, purchase error or colour/item part number not matching) handling charge can be applied, plus 10% re-listing fee. Customer is liable for shipping when returning the item if it is not agreed otherwise.
We recommend that you send back your return using a tracked shipping service. The item must be returned with full packaging to prevent further damage during the transit
All our items are security marked. If the returned item won't match the condition, overall look or make of the part that it was sent - NO refunds will be issued.
Guarantee covers parts only. It does not cover any labour / garage charges or any faults arising from the fitting of this part.

Our accepted payment methods are - Bank Transfer or Cash on collection.
In order to make a bank transfer, please contact us for details. Payments over the phone are not accepted! Cash payments are accepted on collection.
VAT invoices can be provided upon a request.
