The package itself is a little rough as it's been stored in a bin for 18 years.

Needs Batteries in order to produce sound.  Batteries not included.

A spot on Snoopy's ear is missing his black color and is now white. I'm assuming this is from his ear rubbing against the plastic packaging. See pics. Price reflects the flaw.
