ORDERING PROCESS:

  • All body kit and Hood orders are shipped by Freight Trucking Company.  They will call you to schedule a date and time for delivery. If your phone number is not correct, Item will get return back to us. The original and return shipping charges is not refundable
  • Usually takes about 1-3 weeks for to receive your item after you place the order

RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE:

  • Open and inspect the parts in front of the driver BEFORE YOU SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE (Check your parts even if the box is not broken or damaged, a lot of damages occurs with the box show no signs of damage)
  • If the part is broken or damaged, write "damage upon delivery" on the freight receiving slip and refuse it. Failure to note DAMAGE on the receiving slip will FORFEIT any insurance claim and cannot be returned. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Call us or message us within 1 business day, we will file the claim for you with the shipping company

What if I paid for the item and it is not in stock?
A: If is not in stock, we will contact you and you have the choice to WAIT, EXCHANGE or CANCEL your order. Full refund will be given if you decide to cancel

How long after my payment clears until I receive my order?
A:  On average between 2-4 weeks, shipping company will call schedule a date and time to drop off your order.

Why is shipping takes so long?
A:  It is an over sized package and it have to be picked up by Freight tracking company. Regular shipping companies (EX: FED EX/UPS/USPS) that ships small boxes will not take it due to the size. Also due to the size of the package, shipping time slows down as well. 

DISCLAIMER:

Please Note ALL parts come with minor defects and imperfections. Scratches, Small Spider Cracks, and Chips in the Protective Coating are Normal and will be removed during the Prep Process. Please be sure to test fit parts FIRST before prep/paint.

TEST FITMENT is required FIRST before any modifications. Cutting, drilling, sanding, shaving, trimming, application of heat, etc maybe required. Installation by an experienced aftermarket professional body shop is REQUIRED.

If there is a fitment issue please contact us and give us a chance to resolve your issue. We will need you to send in pictures of the parts and show us what the problems are. A copy of the business license from the body shop of who?s doing the installation. If the part(s) is deemed defective after reviewing your claim, we will send a freight carrier to pick up the bad product and ship out a new product.

Items that have been painted, drilled, or modified in any way can also NOT be returned. Test fitment is REQUIRED before prep/paint!
