Description: One of a limited run of 15 which were printed for collaborators on the books construction of which this is Number 12, which was reserved for the artist Laszlo Barta. Barta's 41 original Gouaches were reproduced by Edmond Vairel in Paris. The text was printed on the Pierre Bricage press also in Paris. and the printing run completed on February 10th 1942. Printed on Velin de Rives, the book consists of individual folded sheets which are unbound abd contained in original wrap which is covered with glassine paper and hosed inside a marbled protective folder. The original slipcase is not present.
