Delivery

All purchased items will be shipped free of charge to mainland UK some exclusions do apply as listed in shipping options and additional faster delivery services are available at an additional cost.

Your item will be shipped the same day (If ordered on a weekday and ordered before 1pm that day) and it will be delivered using a Royal Mail fully tracked service. Please be aware that items ordered during the weekend or on public holidays will not be shipped until the next available collection date by Royal Mail.

Additionally we can ship to virtually any address in the world using EBay Global Shipping tracked services. However please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Items will usually arrive with you 2 days later (Free Express 48) or next day if customer pays extra for Express 24. If your item does not arrive within these times please use tracking information which we provide and if still unsure please get in touch and we will chase your item for you.

Returns

We accept returns under EBay and consumer regulation rules which mean any item may be returned if damaged, unsuitable or unopened, within 30 days of delivery and give a full refund. All returns must be notified to us as soon as possible and must be returned back to us in a saleable undamaged, unused condition. Our items are carefully packed when sent to customers and we expect all returns to be returned back to us using our original packaging to avoid damage. Items returned back to us damaged will not be refunded.

We will accept returns if the customer changes their mind however return postage will become the responsibility of the customer and we ask you refer to the above regarding shipping items back. We will of course pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) or if it becomes damaged before being delivered.

You should expect to receive your refund once we have received the returned item and we have had the chance to inspect it. Refunds will only be given if the returned item is returned back to us in perfect condition, unless damage was the reason for returning it. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
