For sale are new 3/32” (.0938”) four-flute, solid carbide endmills. These endmills called the Z-CARB ZAP are made by Kyocera SGS. They have a .281" flute length, and a .010" end radius for high speed milling.
These tools have an unequal helix design and unequal flute spacing suppresses damaging harmonics. Ti-NAMITE-X is a proprietary nano-composite coating that can be used to cut a wide variety of materials from low alloy steels to hardened materials (up to 65 HRC).
