**I designed this in particular to be made almost entirely of magnetic beads (there are small non-magnetic beads in between to allow for flexibility), whereas most jewelry of this style have majority of its length designated to non-magnetic beads. I did this to allow for more "therapeutic" pain/ illness management.
Magnetic beads are believe to help with chronic pain and blood circulation. Many customers that have worn my magnetic jewelry have testified to this. I, however, am not in any chronic pain so I cannot say whether this is actually true or not.
The "hematite"
that is used in jewelry making is actually a simulated hematite - a
manmade material referred to as "hemalyke". Hemalyke looks just like
hematite, except Hemalyke is much stronger and more durable for jewelry
making.
